Standard 1 Year Warranty:
If your device develops a fault within the first 12 months of purchase, depending on the cause and type of fault, we'll fully repair or replace it. This is a RTB (Return To Base) warranty, this means the onus is on the customer to return the item to us. Please Note: Degradable components like the battery are not covered.

Extended Standard Warranties:
Extensions of the standard policy for 1 to 3 years. If a fault occurs within 12/24/36 months of purchase, depending on the cause and type of fault, we'll fully repair or replace the item.
