Need a Repair?

To ensure we deal with your issue in an efficient manner please read the following carefully:

  • You will receive a response within 24 hours.
  • If a return is agreed with our team, you
    will need to provide any cables and leads that were originally supplied
    with the device. Failure to do so will halt any resolution of the issue
    until it is received.
  • Provide our team with an Invoice Number, Make and Model, Serial number and any Passwords in the ‘Detailed Description of Issue’ section on the form accompanied with the issue which you have encountered.
  • Please provide your full collection address in the ‘Detailed Description of Issue’ section.
  • Please Backup Device Before Returning to GreenIT

GreenIT provide a one-year warranty on all devices as standard unless otherwise stated.  

  • This warranty provides for either repair, replacement or refund
    (Refunds are at the discretion of GreenIT) for any goods found to be
    defective through no fault of the buyer. 
  • Please note that the warranty does not cover software-related issues, accidental damage, or battery failures.  
  • You do have a statutory 14 Day Right to return a purchase for replacement or refund on all devices.
