Terms and Conditions for GreenIT Schools Competition
1. Eligibility: The GreenIT Competition is open to all schools. The entry must be submitted
by the school’s Principal or IT Manager on behalf of the institution.
2. Prize: The winner of the Competition will be awarded either 10 HP Chromebook 11A G6s
and a Lyte Trolley 10 or 20 HP Chromebook 11A G6s. The winner will have the option to
choose between them. Only one Prize will be awarded.
3. Platforms Utilised: The Competition will be promoted on various platforms including
Facebook, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp.
4. Entry Submission: To enter the Competition, the school’s Principal or IT Manager must
complete the entry form provided on the GreenIT website. Only one entry per school is
permitted.
5. Deadline: The deadline for entry submission is May 31st 2024. Entries received after this
date will not be considered.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries
received. The selection process will be conducted shortly after the closing date of the
Competition.
7. Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within 48 Hours of the winner
selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 5 days of
notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and select a
replacement winner.
8. Publicity: By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name and
image for publicity purposes relating to the Competition and GreenIT without any
additional compensation.
9. General Conditions: GreenIT reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and
these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the Competition will be
notified to participants as soon as possible.
