Secure IT disposal
End to end disposal of retired equipment for Irish businesses, from booked collection through to certified final disposal, documented at every stage.
ITAD across Ireland
Certified destruction, WEEE recycling and revenue return, evidenced on every collection.
We work with Irish companies operating in Ireland.

Under GDPR your organisation stays the data controller for every device it retires. If a laptop leaves your building with recoverable data on it, the liability does not leave with it.
Erasing and reformatting leave the platters intact. Only certified erasure or physical destruction, evidenced in writing, closes that exposure. See data destruction and hard drive shredding.
Ireland's WEEE Regulations require licensed treatment of electrical waste, and ESG reporting needs paperwork behind the claim. You get the destruction certificate for the data protection file and the recycling evidence for your IT sustainability report.

Nothing moves to the next stage until the last one is signed off. That is what makes the certificate at the end worth filing.
Locked, GPS-tracked vehicles. Every unit barcode-scanned at handover, so the trail starts on your premises.
Forensic-grade erasure, or physical shredding where your policy requires it. Certificate issued per batch.
Devices with life left are inspected, repaired, cleaned and re-licensed to a like-new standard.
Resold for revenue return, donated to Irish charities, or recycled through licensed WEEE channels.
ITAD services
End to end disposal of retired equipment for Irish businesses, from booked collection through to certified final disposal, documented at every stage.

On site destruction of data-bearing media, shredded to fragments so nothing can be reconstructed.

Residual value assessed, refurbished and resold, with revenue returned against kit you had written down to zero.
Custom images built and deployed across new fleets, shipped configured so a rollout costs you no downtime.
Retired devices redirected to Irish charities under a managed programme, with the impact documented for ESG.
Licensed recycling for equipment with no remaining life, diverting electrical waste from landfill under Ireland's WEEE Regulations. Feeds directly into your ESG reporting.
Most refreshes replace as well as retire. See refurbished IT hardware and remanufactured laptops, both covered by the GreenIT product warranty.
Common questions
IT Asset Disposition is the controlled process of retiring IT equipment so data is destroyed, compliance is evidenced, and value or material is recovered. Any organisation in Ireland disposing of computers that held personal or commercial data needs a documented ITAD process to satisfy GDPR and WEEE obligations.
Yes. A Certificate of Destruction is issued after every service, identifying the devices processed. See data destruction and shredding for how it is produced.
Certified erasure is sufficient for most commercial data when performed with forensic-grade software and evidenced. Where drives held highly sensitive data, or your policy requires it, physical shredding is the only method that removes any possibility of recovery.
Nationwide. We operate from Toughers Business Park in Naas, Co. Kildare, and collect across all 32 counties using our own locked, GPS-tracked fleet. For outbound deliveries see shipping and delivery.
Often, yes. Devices with remaining commercial life are refurbished through our refurbishment process and resold, with the residual value returned to you. See value return.
It depends on device types, volumes, whether drives need erasure or destruction, and how often you need collection. See business services pricing.
Send rough volumes and device types. One of the business development team comes back with a tailored price and a collection window, usually the same working day.
