Devices are restored through our refurbishment process before resale. Anything with no commercial life left is WEEE recycled rather than landfilled.

How is residual value worked out?
At triage, based on model, specification, condition and current demand. We report the figures rather than netting them off quietly.
Is my data safe before resale?
Yes. Nothing is resold until drives have been erased to forensic standard or destroyed. See data destruction and shredding.
What if the equipment is worth nothing?
Then it is recycled under WEEE regulations through secure IT disposal, and you still receive the disposal evidence.
Can we buy refurbished stock back?
