2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 or over.

Employees of PhoenixRM Ltd, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the competition may not enter.

3. How to Enter

Entry is free. No purchase is required.

To enter, participants must complete and submit the competition form on the GreenIT website at greenit.ie/pages/competitions .

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries containing incomplete, inaccurate or false information may be disqualified.

Automated, bulk, third-party or duplicate entries will not be accepted.

4. Competition Period

The competition closes at 11:59 pm on 13 August 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be included. GreenIT cannot accept responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete, lost or not received because of a technical problem.

5. The Prize and GreenIT Website Code

The prize is one €500 GreenIT website discount code, which can be used online at greenit.ie.

The website code can be used against any product available for purchase on the GreenIT website at the time the code is redeemed.

The website code can only be used once and must be redeemed against a single order.

The website code does not operate as store credit and does not hold a remaining balance after it has been used.

If the total product value of the order is less than €500, the discount will be limited to the value of the products in that order. Any unused part of the €500 prize will be lost and cannot be used against another order.

For example, if the winner uses the website code against an order worth €400, the remaining €100 will be forfeited. It will not be issued as cash, credit or a replacement website code.

If the total product value of the order is more than €500, the winner must pay the remaining balance using an accepted payment method.

Delivery charges are not included in the discount and must be paid separately where applicable.

The website code is personal to the competition winner. It can only be used through the GreenIT customer account registered with the same email address used for the winning competition entry.

  • The winner must log in to the correct GreenIT customer account before applying the code at checkout. The code will not work with a different email address or customer account.
  • The website code cannot be transferred, sold, shared or given to another person. GreenIT may cancel the code if it is shared, transferred, sold or used by anyone other than the verified winner.
  • The website code cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • The website code cannot be combined with another discount code or promotional offer unless GreenIT confirms otherwise.
  • All products are subject to availability. GreenIT cannot reserve a particular product for the winner.
  • Once the website code has been used to complete an order, it will be treated as fully redeemed and cannot normally be reissued.
  • If GreenIT cancels the order because a product is unavailable, GreenIT will provide the winner with a replacement code for the appropriate unused prize value.
  • A voluntary cancellation or return by the winner will not automatically result in the website code being reactivated or replaced.
  • This does not affect the winner’s statutory consumer rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
  • The website code will be valid for two years from its date of issue. The exact expiry date is 2028-08-07 23:59 pm

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

The winner will be announced on 14 August 2026 and contacted using the email address or telephone number supplied with their entry.

The winner may be asked to confirm their identity, age, Irish residency and email address before the website code is issued.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the first contact attempt, GreenIT may withdraw the prize and select another winner at random.

7. Winner Publicity

GreenIT may publish the winner’s first name and county on its website and social media accounts.

GreenIT will request the winner’s permission before publishing any photograph, full name or additional personal information.

Any change will be published on the competition page. Changes will not unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already submitted a valid entry.
